FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available upon request for an additional charge. The delivery fee is $20 plus $1 per mile (one way) and any tolls.
Do you require a deposit?
All orders require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your date on my schedule. The remaining balance of your order is due 10 days prior to pick-up or delivery.
What methods of payment are acceptable?
I accept venmo, paypal and all major credit cards.
How soon should I place my order?
ASAP! It is never too early to place an order! 10 days notice is the minimum requirement to place an order. A lot of time and effort goes into planning a custom cake. The sooner you order the better your cake will be because I have time to get inspired, to sketch ideas and get creative/order special tools/supplies.
